You may be wondering what our name means… “Sydney Boutique Property” actually has two meanings – referring to the immaculate standard of the Real Estate we manage and sell; and just as importantly, to the friendly, personalised boutique service we provide.

In both cases, it’s attention to detail that makes the difference.

Part of our success is due to the highly competent staff we employ – all employees of Sydney Boutique property must have a minimum of five years’ experience in Real Estate – with up to date training in customer service and Real Estate legislation. Unlike other agencies, our staff turnover is exceptionally low. We understand that “staff can make or break a business”. We believes the key to a successful and motivated team is to reward and nurture staff, and in return we demands exceptionally high standards and ethics, with tightly followed systems in place.

We have two main divisions – but importantly, we all work together as a supportive team. Firstly, there’s our Sales division, which offers a range of residential property, from affordable investment apartments, to substantial  residences . Our marketing philosophy is all about promoting your property – not our brand. You’ll find the larger franchises tend to market their brands, and this is ultimately funded by vendors. Our brand is promoted by referrals from clients, along with our phenomenal street-frontage office, located in the heart of McMahons Point.

Our Rental division offers quality unfurnished apartments and houses to the corporate and local markets throughout the key suburbs of Sydney; plus fully furnished and equipped apartments and houses, for lease to the corporate and international markets.

Sydney Boutique Property is also renowned for providing one of the best residential Property Management services in Sydney. Our arrears list is typically lower than 1% - 2%, and this is largely down to our very careful screening, along with the type of market we attract.
